In methodology's section we're going to analyze, as thoroughly as possible, the steps we take over till presenting the final result to our clients and thus, to their prospective clients. We call them as theoretical planning of a project or task. It is considered as important to report these steps by making known to our visitors some ingredients of our success that we have set as a web design - development office and follow them on a daily basis.
The next step after completing Information Collection one is the Requirements' analysis report. Requirements are a description of ideas to meet the purpose for which they are developed. We analyze below the definition, the consequences of not proceeding with this analysis, and the advantages of using this step.
When we generate the requirements' analysis report to anyone interested and only if there is an agreement, we are ready to start working with design and development tasks for the project. At this step of methodology, we start working with the design tasks (apply color scheme and develop the content layout) and thereafter we continue with the features' implemenentation (development phase).
Before the completion of design phase (as we saw in the previous step) and as we have completed the development phase of the project's functions, we start uploading a sample of content in order to adjust the appearance with the content (complete the content layout process). In this step we create module positions and we assign one or more modules to each position.
Once the content's management process complete, we move to the 'integrating the last tasks and fixes' step. More specifically we perform optimizations and bug fixes as well as we also validate the source code using the proper tools such as CSS and HTML5 validators following W3C prototype.
We have now reached the stage that all parties love! The project's presentation. All analysis, design, development, fixes and validation tasks has now been completed and presented to the general public. From now on we are ready to enjoy the result! Once we present the project, we complete the first group of tasks that addressed to its creation. In the next phase and depending on the project (a website or a web application), we can take over the following services.
