The service is aimed exclusively to the people who have chosen us and relates to everything we have accomplished for them! There is finally a choice of consulting service to any interested party.

Ways of support

There are 4 available ways to communicate. For your best and most direct response to your request please select the most suitable based on the priority of your request. The available statuses are: Low, Medium and High.

Support Tickets

Submit your ticket once you have successfully logged in to our e-office's area. The response time is usually up to 3 hours however there are cases where it may be longer due to holidays.

  • All requests will be answered regardless of their priority.
  • It is addressed to our customers only.

Communicate using messages

A message could be an email or a request using the available forms (request a quote form, contact form, open payment form etc). Send us an email message to: info [at] webgift [dot] dev address or fill the required fields of contact form. We set a maximum response time of 2 days however we usually respond promptly (within 6 hours).

  • All requests will be answered regardless of their priority.
  • It is aimed not only to our customers but also to anyone is interested.

Live Chat

An alternative way of direct communication is live chat. For the purposes of this way, you can use the Messenger service by Facebook. The link will redirect you to our office page on Facebook.

  • Requests with low priority will be answered only as the ones with higher priority require extended analysis and thus, more time to be responded.
  • It is addressed to everyone.

Via Phone

Support using phone is aimed to customers who have trusted their website-s hosting to us. We are always available to respond to requests with high priority only.

If you wish to make a phone call at the day and time you wish, please fill the request a phone call form. It's important to submit a valid email address as an alternative way of communication in case of call failure.
